Abstract

In many organizations, the evaluation of multi-stage networks may not be realistic due to the hidden intermediate data. Therefore, it is very important to pay attention to the existence of intermediate data or black box in multi-stage networks. On the other hand, for a realistic evaluation of organizations, it is better to obtain the network parameters as fuzzy data. In this paper, models are proposed for evaluating the two-stage networks of Iranian airlines based on the centralized resource allocation (CRA) model in DEA-RA[1] with fuzzy data. To this end, the CRA model is first converted into a linear programming problem in fuzzy conditions using the fuzzy probability function, and then, benchmarks are proposed for the decision-making units in the first and second network stages and the overall network. At the end, benchmarks are proposed for the two-stage network of Iranian airlines based on the fuzzy CRA model.
