Abstract

Evaluating the efficiency of organizations and institutions is very important for managers. Today, it is very common to use mathematical methods to evaluate the efficiency of organizations. One of the mathematical methods that researchers are interested in to evaluate the efficiency of organizations is data envelopment analysis. In recent years, data envelopment analysis methods for evaluating organizations have been developed by researchers in this field to a great extent. Many of the data used to evaluate the effciency of organizations in the real world are imprecise and uncertain. To solve these types of problems, one should use methods whose results are reliable. Among these methods, we can mention stochastic, fuzzy, robust, fuzzy stochastic models, etc. In this article, various types of non-deterministic methods and their applications have been investigated. The results of the present research provide researchers in this field with appropriate information in the field of data envelopment analysis.
